Finatal are partnering with a recently acquired PE-backed SaaS business generating €30m ARR & 40% YoY growth, looking to bring in a strategic CFO.
A highly profitable, PE-backed software business (c.€30m ARR) is seeking a French-speaking CFO to partner with the CEO and investors following a recent investment. The role will focus on driving strategic planning and business modelling, overseeing systems implementation, optimising reporting and KPI frameworks, ensuring contractual and GDPR compliance, and leading a small but high-performing finance team.
Requirements:
- Fluent in French (essential).
- Proven private equity experience within a growth environment.
- Strong strategic and operational finance capability.
- Able to travel to France 2 days every fortnight.
- Available to start immediately or at short notice.
