Responsibilities
- Ensures planning, forecasting, and budgeting efforts are appropriately integrated with other planning processes employed within the company.
- Provides leadership to the sales organization, and counsel to the Vice President Sales, in implementing sales organization objectives that appropriately reflect the company’s goals.
- Fosters an organization of continuous process improvement by prioritizing investments in enabling technologies in support of sales organization productivity.
- Works closely with the VP Sales and CTO to understand company sales and technology strategy.
- Responsible for Employer’s sales team matters including understanding the details of Employer’s products, understanding Employer’s competition, sales of Employer’s products, assist in building Employer’s value and know and protect the Core Values.
- Achieve all defined sale objectives as set by Sales Leader.
Requirements
- Strong aptitude for data and analytics.
- Tech-Savvy, familiar with relevant sales and marketing software.
- Comfortable nature on the phone and in video communication.
- Confidence in public speaking.
- Desire to bring affordable healthcare to everyone.
- Experience leading a team of sales representatives.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.

- Starts at $80,000
- Performance bonus for hitting sales targets
- We expect you to be able to earn $140,000 after your bonus!
