Our client is seeking a dynamic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to accelerate growth for a fast-moving company experiencing hyper demand in the domestic market and expanding rapidly into international markets. The CRO will serve as the commercial engine of the organization, uniting sales, marketing, and product strategy to drive performance, profitability, and sustainable scale. Reporting directly to the CEO and Owners, this executive will set bold growth targets, lead high-impact teams, and deliver measurable results, positioning themselves for CEO succession as the company continues its next phase of expansion.
Your Impact
- Unify and Lead: Bring Sales, Marketing, and Product teams together to drive revenue growth, customer engagement, and go-to-market alignment across all brands and channels.
- Own the Targets: Take full ownership of quarterly and annual revenue goals, developing and executing comprehensive growth plans including pricing, promotions, and channel expansion.
- Accelerate Market Impact: Build integrated marketing campaigns that fuel sales velocity and expand market share.
- Build High-Performance Teams: Inspire and manage high-output teams through clear KPIs and accountability, fostering a culture grounded in speed, ownership, results, learning, and adaptability.
- Champion Innovation: Cultivate a creative, entrepreneurial environment where experimentation, learning from failure, and curiosity are celebrated.
- Collaborate for Growth: Work cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations to align growth strategies with supply chain and margin realities, while strengthening strategic vendor relationships, especially in Asian-Pacific markets.
