At Hanshow you will be:
- leading our team to handle the end-to end full process of commercial operations in the German region, including contract orders, shipments, invoicing and refunds, etc. ;
- building local commercial operations team capabilities to match business needs;
- establish a systematic commercial operation management process and implement it.
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or above from a finance background;
- 5+ years of years' experience in a TOB company;
- familiar with the use of ERP and CRM;
- excellent communication and negotiation skills, marketing insight and analytic skill;
- customer-oriented thinking, good at independent thinking and problem solving;
