What You’ll Do
- Work with the sales team to develop and implement sales processes and best practices
- Assist with sales training and onboarding for new team members
- Help create new Salesforce dashboards and maintain existing reporting structure
- Help manage our CRM system and other sales tools
- Manage a support queue of infrastructure/tooling/process requests from sales leadership and other key stakeholders
- Provide data analysis and reporting on sales performance and trends
- Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and business operations, to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts
You
- Have 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related field
- Have 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce, preferably with admin permissions
- Understand sales processes and best practices (MQL, SAL, SQL, Opportunity, Closed Won/Lost)
- Are proficient in Excel
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Are able to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced startup environment
Nice to Have
- Netsuite experience
- Experience with Salesforce integrations: Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc
- Advanced SFDC knowledge: Flows, Process Builder, Page Layouts, Import Wizard, Data Loader
