Sales Operations Project Manager

Arrow is looking for a top-notch project manager to support our Sales Operations business.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Under the supervision of senior leadership, work with sales operations managers to support the execution and implementation of project plans.

Leading project transitions across multiple waves managing both customer and supplier expectations.

Providing clear, concise, and accurate senior management updates

Ensuring compliance with any Operational Risk requirements throughout the project lifecycle

Ensuring that best practices are leveraged across the teams and that service delivery performance is closely monitored through transition and issues dealt with within the stream or escalated to senior management.

Ensuring overall project tracking, planning, coordination and status reporting to the various stakeholders (including Senior Management) using effective communication channels

Assisting in formulation of the service level targets with proper project governance (both transition and steady state projects), risk management, deliverables tracking and financial management across multiple work streams.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience with a proven track record

Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Strong project management and analytical skills with great attention to detail

Operating with sensitivity and respect within difficult situations

Must be able to independently identify root causes, gather and analyze data and feedback to support actionable recommendations

Flexibility in working hours

Self-organized and structured

Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to deliver results

International travel required up to 50%

Bachelor's Degree

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$91,600.00 - $159,500.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company's request and sole discretion.
