Implicity is looking for a "Chief Revenue Officer", C-level, reporting to the CEO/Founder, and taking care of every revenue-generating function (Sales, Marketing & Account Relationship Management) to drive predictable growth with a broad, strategic & holistic approach.
★ You develop growth strategies with teams and build the machinery to get there(fasten & maximize current channels & open up new paths to revenue)
★ You support the Sales organization to close deals & get personally involved in larger ones
★ You ensure that we capture the maximum organic growth from the existing client base
★ You help the company to position its offering in the competitive US market strategically
★ You contribute to Corporate Development/strategy activities by sharing your US market insights
★ You leverage & develop your network of high profiles targets and build trustworthy relationships with partners and stakeholders
★ You build, develop & manage the right process & metrics to show your impacts & successes of US business
★ You recruit & develop your team and retain talents in coordination with the Head of PeopleYou will be the leading Executive in the US, fully able to demonstrate your ability to scale all dimensions of a business in the US, to make Implicity a North America champion.

Your Background
- Really solid experience in leading Business Developments roles (C-level or VP level) in the USA in the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) sector (Cardiac Implants Manufacturers or Services Companies)
- You have a track record in building and developing teams.

- You have a proven track record of signing large CRM deals.
- You have a first-class network among 1° US Medical Center Cardiology Departments 2° Electrophysiologists 3° GPOs / IDNs / ACOs / Payers 4° CRM industry players.
- You master Strategic selling skills and know how to address long sales cycles with different stakeholders at Medical Centers.
- You've experienced what it takes to build long & lasting partnerships.
- You are Data-obsessed. You own the go-to-market strategy and live for the predictability.
- You have tremendous organizational skills, and it is easy for you to define processes & metrics to steer your teams' activity closely.
- You naturally know how to align teams.
- English is the working language; French is a plus

Remuneration
- For this job, your base salary will depend on your experience
- Variable Pay: significant % of your base salary (based on objectives)
