UserGems is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to join our Revenue Operations team in a hybrid pre and post-sales engineering role. You will join sales meetings as a technical expert as we demonstrate our products and answer questions, and also work with our CS team and customers to design and optimize successful implementations and field any future issues or questions. Most customers integrate with UserGems via a Salesforce managed package and customized Flow.
As an internal voice of the prospect and customer, you will have a strong influence on our product roadmap and trajectory at an especially exciting time. This role is the first position within what will become a services team and has potential future career paths as an individual contributor or manager.

Join pre-sales virtual meetings as a technical expert to demonstrate our products, design solutions specific to our prospects’ tech stacks, and answer technical questions

Join post-sale virtual meetings as a technical expert to brainstorm and design, implement, and troubleshoot UserGems integrations via either Salesforce or Workato

Provide onboarding training and tactical support for our go-to-market team both on our product and internal processes

Identify new ways to optimize our prospect, customer, and employee experience based on your own observations, data discovery, and user research
- Collaborate with the UserGems product team to resolve prospect and customer issues, collate and prioritize feedback, and assist with our roadmap and product design, especially as it relates to Salesforce and HubSpot

3-5+ years of relevant experience at a startup or Salesforce consulting firm

Salesforce Admin experience is required; some architect or developer experience, as well as certifications, are a plus. You should be comfortable building Flows, working with integrations, and working on lead management and routing projects
