The Role
The role of Revenue Operations Manager is a pivotal new role within the business. A centralised point of information, you will provide data-driven insights and strategic direction to core business functions.
Working with our 40+ sales team you will drive campaign performance to meet KPIs. Leading the process for creating best fit go-to-market strategies and working closely with our Campaigns Manager and Account Management team. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with internal teams and ensure seamless and efficient onboarding and delivery process for our clients.

Responsibilities
· Create playbooks for go-to-market strategies targeted to our clients product/service, lifecycle stage, target market and buyer personas
· Enable our sales team to deliver maximum value to our clients through streamlined campaign and onboarding process
· Act as a centralised point of information and insight, working cross-functionally with our Account Management, Sales, Data and New Business teams
· Work with the senior leadership team to drive initiatives that improve the performance of clients campaigns and impact retention
· Proactively look for ways to enhance and innovate client strategy leveraging sales technology and our CRM system
· To establish efficient and scalable sales operations processes that drive business growth
Essential Skills & Experience
· Proven experience in sales operations, revenue operations and/or marketing operations
· Proven experience driving data-driven and complex operational processes
· Exceptional organisational, communication and analytical skills
· Ability to effectively work under pressure and to meet challenging targets
· Superb MS Excel skills and to be able to assess, manipulate and analyse data
· Collaborative mindset and ability to develop deep cross-functional stakeholder relationships
· Have a strong understanding of CRM tools and their administration
Desirable Experience:
· Knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce
· Knowledge of sales enablement tools of SalesLoft, Outreach is desirable
· Understanding of marketing landscape including channels and technology
· Understanding of data visualisation tools such as Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, Looker
· Worked within an agency environment
