Chief Revenue Officer - $250-350k – OTE $500-600k – USA/Canada (remote)
Plexus have partnered with an exciting blockchain SaaS company who provide transaction monitoring and a number of other security and anti-fraud solutions for web3 businesses, financial institutions, government entities and digital asset service providers. This allows their clients to detect and stop illicit use of cryptocurrency and digital assets.
They are looking for either a CRO or VP of Sales ready to grow into a more senior position, to own the design of- as well as fine tuning- the sales process, developing and managing the key infrastructure to reach and attain new clients. You will come in immediately with a team to lead and the opportunity to grow and develop this team further.
Requirements:
- 6+ years leading sales teams and developing strategy
- Previous experience in a high growth B2B SaaS company
- Ideally experience selling into large financial institutions, global 2000 companies or crypto market
Nice to haves:
- Previous management of small or start-up native teams
- Good previous network of clients in the banking/fintech/assets space
- Exceptional knowledge of the cryptocurrency space
