As a
Sales Operations Manager (m/f/d) at Compado you are the architect of our sales activities and think about how to scale outreach and drive inbound. You are able to intervene in the different Sales steps, you optimize and focus on accelerating the process of onboarding a new partner. Revenue growth is your goal and you understand how to increase sales productivity across the team.
Role & Responsibilities
In order to fulfill your business goals, increasing revenue substantially you leverage the following levers:
- Oversee the sales funnel from raw leads to closed contracts
- You optimize the process, from research to communication
- You understand bottle necks or breaking points and work systematically against them
- The CRM is your home, you ensuring that it is well fed and handled
- You ensure a reliable sales forecast
- Marketing automation is your fast track to customer’s attention
- Setting goals for the different sales process participants
- Design a Sales Incentive program to motivate the sales team
- Your responsibilities to keep the pipe well filled, from raw leads to deals
- You are responsible to cater the team with material like playbooks, quotas
- You coordinate with other stakeholders (Account Management, New Business and Industry Leadership)
- Spot new sales opportunities and pursue them, utilizing all the internal necessary functions and automation possibilities
- Have full ownership of your objectives and key results (OKRs) and make sure that they are translated into actions and that targets are met every quarter
- Report to senior leadership about status, performance and development of targeted industries
Requirements
- You have a very good business acumen, being able to dive into new industries quite quick
- You have very good project management / organizational skills to translate processes into the company
- You feel comfortable to pitch - on the phone, on a video call or in person
- You have a history of successfully hunting new customers, you leveraged various channels to do so.
- Excellent growth and strategic skills, a great deal of self-initiative
- Great leadership skills
- Experience in a matrix organization is a plus
- Having collaborated with functional leaders on multiple occasions including Marketing, Account Management, Intelligence, Tech and Product leaders
- You have a highly analytical approach. Numbers, data & performance analysis are part of your DNA
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, German a plus
- Relevant background in entrepreneurship or strategic growth (or similar) is a plus
- You feel comfortable in an international environment
