We're looking for a senior sales operations manager to join us here at GWI. Not just any senior sales operations manager though. With the support of the broader Revenue Operations team, you'll be ensuring we have the right sales people, processes, and tools in place to supercharge our growing business. As a partner to our New Business organisation, you'll help our Account Executives and Sales Development Executives identify & win new logos and contracts.
- Monitor and analyse the sales cycle to uncover challenges being faced by the sales team and opportunities to increase productivity
- Create consistent process, workflows and best practices for growing Account Executive and Sales Development Executive teams
- Ensure data quality around account hierarchy and territories, so that the team can strategically and proactively target business
- Consult on tool selection, and drive tool adoption and optimisation for the New Business team, to ensure they are able to effectively win new business
- Partner with marketing to ensure leads are effectively nurtured and moved through the sales funnel
- Work with New Business leadership to support knowledge transfer, best practice sharing, and collaboration for our growing, global team
- Collaborate with multiple departments to schedule and prioritise project requests, training and roll outs to New Business teams
- Act as a New Business Salesforce champion by working closely with Salesforce Admin team to ensure our Salesforce instance evolves to meet the demands of the growing team and portfolio
- Formalise, automate, and expand our reporting capabilities including forecasting, pipeline, rep and product performance etc.

- Project management or operational experience - able to shepherd a project from start to finish, outline the goals, track and communicate progress, and evaluate success
- Strong data analysis skills - confident interpreting data and using data to drive strategy and tell a story
- Comfort with sales tools such as Salesforce, Highspot, and Gong (to name a few!)
- Sales experience - your work directly serves our New Business team, so having experience working in revenue roles gives you the insight and empathy needed for the job
- Can-do attitude - we're looking for someone who is ambitious and action-oriented, who spots problems and works to fix them
- Highly organised & process driven - you'll be running multiple projects simultaneously
- Good collaborator with experience working across departments - this role helps coordinate the client experience across functions such as marketing, sales excellence, and product development
- Strong communication skills - building processes and programs requires internal education, so you'll need to convey your work in a succinct & effective manner
