Job Overview:
MIMS is looking for an experienced sales communicator to act as a strong bridge between regional headquarters and our sales teams present on around 10 countries in the ASEAN region.
As a Regional Sales Op Manager, you are expected to be an exceptional communicator in order streamline regional and local sales practices as well as translate sales team’s feedbacks into actionable strategies. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing a smooth, effective sales process to enable the growth of the organizations. An ideal candidate would also need to enjoy dissecting sales targets, gaps, and updating sales materials and coordinating with cross functional teams for the company to improve its sales numbers.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate & Coordinate with sales teams and delivery teams from diverse backgrounds.
- Closely Track and monitor sales progress vs targets, KPIs etc.
- Make sense of the noise and create actionable strategies along with senior management for improving sales pipelines.
- Update the monthly reports for presentation material for C- Suite / Senior Management.
- Conduct trainings and standardize sales practices across the region including supporting adoption of digital transformation tools.
- Create and update sales materials to enable the sales team to better communicate with prospective clients.
Requirements:
- Background of B to B sales / sales management / sales operations.
- Strong people & team management skills.
- Experience in dealing with reports from CRM systems / Sales Data.
- Ability to articulate and present thoughts clearly to senior management.
- Good command over MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Qualifications:
- Strong background of handling high stakes clients.
- Around 5 years of experience in managing regional sales / Corporate Role.
- Experience in managing people (direct or indirect reporting lines).
- Proven experience of handling high stakes communications.
- Understanding Pharma industry and MBA is a plus.
