LendingMetrics is one of the UK’s leading providers of financial technology, working in partnership with both Experian and Equifax. We offer a diverse range of decisioning software and data services to the online lending industry in both the UK and Australia. We primarily supply services to UK clients, however, we have ambitious plans for growth and are looking to expand into new territories overseas.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Operations Assistant to join our team. The role of Sales Operations Assistant is extremely important to LendingMetrics. The role will be ideal for someone who is currently working as a Sales Administrator or in a role where they have had to facilitate and coordinate with a Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail and will be confident in challenging people to ensure that the company receives the appropriate information/updates on the sales pipeline, as well as ensure the CRM is up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the overall administration of the Sales Department and Design team where required
· Be willing to chase and challenge the Sales Team
· Working directly with the Sales & Marketing Operations Manager, as well as liaising with the Commercial Director, other directors and the Head of Sales
· Providing monthly statistics on the use of data extensions
· Organising Sales meetings and making notes, minutes and following up on actions
· Monitor and record sales KPI’s
· Responsible for the data entry and management of sales tools
· Collation of FCA Data
· Overseeing company social media platforms for the Sales Team
· Issuing NDA’s for sales team
· Supporting with the administration and running of email campaigns
· Organising travel for the sales team

· Previous experience in an office administration role is desirable
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: Up to £13,650.00 per year
