AIO LOGIC is hiring for a Revenue Operations Manager

The Revenue Ops Manager is responsible for bringing people, data, and processes together under a cohesive revenue strategy and performance tracking structure.
- Obtain and gather data from various sources into consolidated lead database
- Create and manage email campaigns and gather and report on email related analytics
- Define and oversee sales ops protocols, KPIs, and operational metrics.
- Develop processes, workflows, and data flows that enable effective capture and tracking of revenue performance. Train revenue teams on processes and protocols and ensure team adoption.
- Work closely with sales teams, tech teams, and other relevant departments to monitor business strategies, revenue growth, and KPIs.
- Prepare and present reports to leadership on revenue generation activities and performance
EXPERIENCE
- 5 years of sales operations or revenue operations experience
- Very strong SQL, data management, and analytical skills, to include data aggregation and structuring, defining KPIs, managing data sets, and building reports and dashboards
- Experience designing and managing workflows
- Experience designing and setting up multi-step email and drip email campaigns
- Strong strategic planning and "big picture" skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Very strong CRM management skills, and strong competency with Learning Management Systems, Sales Intelligence Systems, and Sales/Marketing Automation Software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
