Responsibilities
- Sales Team process enablement – training in Methodology development, adoption and compliance
- Selecting, implementing, and managing sales automation tools.
- Audit, optimise and maintain processes to ensure process are smooth and the data quality within HubSpot is high
- Deliver Sales metrics & data analysis, Sales Reporting, Sales forecasting
- Ensure Pipeline Hygiene, Proposal/contract compliance, Sales Order processing with finance
- Right hand of the CEO for redesign and improvement of sales and operational processes as Payara evolves
- Assist sales management in understanding and resolving process bottlenecks and inconsistencies towards operational excellence
Essential Skills & Experience
- 3+ years prior experience as a Sales Operation Specialist
- Experience with HubSpot CRM
- Experience in a B2B software sales environment
- Written and Spoken English
- Time Zone to overlap GMT by at least 4 hours per day
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Optimising sales processes and taking ownership of rolling out changes
- Knowledge of Inbound driven sales processes and pipelines
- Experience working in open source software
