The Role

The role of Revenue Operations Manager is a pivotal new role within the business. A centralised point of
information, you will provide data-driven insights and strategic direction to core business functions.

Working with our 40+ sales team you will drive campaign performance to meet KPIs. Leading the process for
creating best fit go-to-market strategies and working closely with our Campaigns Manager and Account
Management team.

You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with internal teams and ensure seamless and efficient
onboarding and delivery process for our clients.

Responsibilities Essential Skills & Experience
Create playbooks for go-to-market strategies targeted Proven experience in sales operations, revenue
to our clients product/service, lifecycle stage, target operations and/or marketing operations
market and buyer personas Proven experience driving data-driven and complex
Enable our sales team to deliver maximum value to operational processes
our clients through streamlined campaign and Exceptional organisational, communication and
onboarding process analytical skills
Act as a centralised point of information and insight, Ability to effectively work under pressure and to
working cross-functionally with our Account meet challenging targets
Management, Sales, Data and New Business teams Superb MS Excel skills and to be able to assess,
Work with the senior leadership team to drive manipulate and analyse data
initiatives that improve the performance of clients Collaborative mindset and ability to develop deep
campaigns and impact retention cross-functional stakeholder relationships
Proactively look for ways to enhance and innovate Have a strong understanding of CRM tools and their
client strategy leveraging sales technology and our administration

Base pay range

The minimum salary is £34K and the max salary is £60K.
