The role: Head of Revenue Operations
Our team is expanding and we’re looking for a revenue operations specialist. You’ll apply your focused analytical skills to help us develop precise, effective processes and reporting systems that provide key insights to help drive decision making across marketing, sales, and customer success, and inform decisions at management and board level.
During this phase of growth, ‘RevOps’ will be a demanding place to lead, and the role requires someone who can work flexibly with a strong pedigree in operations. The role will require excellent communication skills to coordinate and manage complex, cross-functional work by someone who has a good grasp of business fundamentals (revenue, forecasting, risk etc.).
This is a position with significant upside, and we are keen to hear from individuals who value career progression and exposure to decision-making at senior levels.
Key areas of responsibility

Design, implement and improve systems and processes across all revenue generating functions.
- Be responsible for training and educating team members across departments on new processes and solutions. Note: how to operate, not how to sell.
- Maintain routes to market and identify new routes to market, as well as overcoming any regulatory or compliance blockers.
- Co-ordinate resource and capabilities, and assure quality, during tendering processes, including oversight of bid development, scheduling, commercial compliance.
- Using CRM data, update and maintain the sales forecast and functional KPI’s with support from the Finance Business Partner.
- Plan and execute initiatives precisely.
- Drive adoption of relevant tooling across the enterprise.
- Oversee the administration of CRM data and processes.
- Iterate the functional accountability view, so that there is clarity in the role RevOps plays in Rowden.
- Maintain a consistent feedback loop with the Sales and Marketing function on key RevOps data.
About you

Experience working in a sales operations / process role.
- A strong understanding of finance business principles and how they influence decision making at exec and management levels.
- Ability to map business processes, flows, and data models.
- Strong project management, organisation, and critical thinking skills.
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn markdown (wiki requires plain-text editing).
- HubSpot, Jira, Slack may help.
- Adaptable and can work on multiple projects at once while collaborating with different departments.
You must be eligible to work in the UK and have or able to qualify for National Security Vetting.
