Job Description
As a part of the Data Analytics & Compensation team, this individual will drive the
effectiveness and efficiency of our Sales organization by collaborating with leaders within the Sales and Operations teams. We have a strong culture of data-driven
decision making at Sprinklr and this individual, in collaboration with the rest of the
Strategy & Field Operations team will function as a data analytics leader within the
organization.
To be successful, this individual will have demonstrable experience in analyses,
reporting across a broad range of Sales Operations and Sales topics such as predictive analytics, sales efficacy, and forecasting. They will also have experience presenting analytics to a variety of audiences.
Position Responsibilities:

Automate existing strategic and operational reports into easy-to-use, data-rich dashboards in Microsoft Power BI.

Develop predictive models for business partners to support optimal sales and marketing decision making
-
Ability to pull data points and analyses together to influence leaders and provide strategic recommendations. Develop automated reporting that displays key KPIs and highlights the key takeaways/action items for the end user.

Partner with the sales team to analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including sales team performance, pipeline conversion, cost of customer acquisition and lifetime value of customers

Communicate initiatives and goals with Senior Management Team

Partner with cross-functional teams on business initiatives that impact systems, reporting, policies, and process improvements
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or any STEM field

Experience using BI Tools (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Excel)
-
1+ years of related experience in analytics. Experience across one or all of the following operations functional areas: Data Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Sales

& Operations Planning
-
Experience Quality-controlling datasets to ensure expected distribution and categorization of data features.

Familiarity with SaaS or a recurring customer subscription model company
-
Exceptional communication skills including ability to communicate new concepts when interfacing with Sales teams and Business Leaders

Experience with data management and an understanding of data transformation and visualization techniques to drive insights and data-driven decision making
Skills:
-
Ability to bring together multiple sources of data and generate insights and business recommendations.
-
Experience using BI Tools (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Excel) required
-
Scripting languages (Python, R, JavaScript) preferred
-
Experience with querying Databases (MySQL, Snowflake, Hive, BigQuery) preferred
-
Familiarity with Statistical and Econometric methodologies (regression, classification, statistical inference tests) preferred
-
Communication skills and an ability to partner effectively across the organization from the individual contributor to senior leadership level
-
Experience leading the ideation, planning, and implementation of analytics projects

High standards of accuracy and precision
-
Ability to think creatively and problem solve; highly-driven and self-motivated
