You will be responsible for:
- In your function you will support the Global Account Management of an international customer
- The monthly reporting as well as the participation in the annual budget and monthly forecast planning are part of your tasks as well as the development of measures to improve the results in cooperation with the Global Account Team, the Delivery Units and the country organizations.
- The preparation and controlling of the global customer P&L across all business areas. Identification of deviations incl. derivation of improvement measures as well as coordination with management.
- Furthermore you support the preparation of monthly business reviews
- You will develop a fundamental understanding of the respective customer contracts and implement them accordingly in the daily business.
- Together with your colleagues from the Global Deal Desk, you will support the preparation of customer price and project calculations
- You will analyze opportunities to increase efficiency and implement process improvements in reporting, planning and forecasting processes and implement them in the team.
- Last but not least, you will take overarching responsibility for invoicing and compliance with contractually agreed value flows.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration or comparable studies
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office, especially with analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Good knowledge of SalesForce and ERP systems is an asset
- Experience in retail customer business and processes.
- Excellent organizational, networking, problem solving, and analytical thinking skills
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Business fluent in written and spoken English
This position is in a hybrid mode.
In the beginning 4 days from the office, 1 day from home with the possibility to change for more flexible model after a month.
