We’re looking for a Sales Operations Senior Associate to join Team Snapchat! As part of Sales Operations, you will focus on designing, launching and analyzing programs across the globe that incentivize revenue and other strategic goals. Working from our LA or SF office, you will partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing and Finance teams to design advertiser incentives and execute and improve processes related to these programs.
What you'll do:
Evaluate complex pricing exceptions and related business policies, providing thoughtful cost-benefit analysis under both short- and long-term horizons
Consult with front-line sales reps, managers and sales leaders to launch and refine high-impact revenue programs and advertiser incentives
Refresh pricing and inventory management workflows such as inventory booking and rate card operations
Manage and refine pricing controls in partnership with internal and external audit to ensure compliance
Assist with building dashboards to track progress and traction of programs and ad hoc deals, and leverage insights to drive recommendations
Implement analytical models to forecast and track media coupon trends and usage
Use business understanding and judgment to create robust draft plans outlining priorities, activities and timelines for your area of work
Cultivate strong working relationships with key partners—including Sales, Product, Operations, Finance, and Legal—to evaluate requests or key business issues
Be knowledgeable in market trends and the competitive landscape in order to shape compelling proposals
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Best-in-class partnership skills with Sales and cross-functional teams, including an ability to work collaboratively, find solutions and challenge stakeholders respectfully
Professional operations experience within an environment that has high case volumes and requires a high degree of internal relationship management and attention to detail
Well-versed in concepts and practices of digital advertising sales, including auction marketplaces
Experience using Salesforce or similar customer relationship management systems
Experience extracting data with SQL and utilizing data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau
Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Demonstrated problem solving, troubleshooting, analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to execute defined processes
Ability to work independently and drive activities to completion through strong ownership and attention to detail in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
BA/BS in a quantitative field such as mathematics, economics, finance, and business

The base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $180,000 annually
This position is eligible for a discretionary performance-based bonus
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs
