The ideal candidate will wear many hats, run interdepartmental business processes, deal with daily personnnel issues, possess executive leadership capabilities, quick-thinking, analytical, experience in operations with financial oversight.
Candidate will possess dynamic interpersonal skills, with big picture thinking, strong decision-making/problem-solving skills, ability to quickly adapt to rapidly changing business landscape.
Hybrid role: with one day in office and four days remote.
Minimum Qualifications for the Director of Business Revenue Operations:
- 7+ years professional experience in revenue management & operations
- 5 + years experience of financial oversight with P&L responsibilities of a minimum of $10M
- 3+ years experience in operations management leading interdepartmental teams and functions
- Strategic thinking, develop plans, drive execution,
- Adaptability to shift from high level thinking to implementation
- Very comfortable working in a dynamic, rapidly changing business landscape
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

- Base salary $130k-$160k DOE plus profit sharing, including a performance-based bonus component of 5%-15%.
Director of Business Revenue Operations Core Responsibilities:
- The Director of Business Revenue Operations will be responsible for developing long- term operational strategies, while overseeing the profitability and growth of the organization
- Manage the company's operations, including work processes, offices, administrative team, technology, and human resources, and may be involved in contracts, finance, and legal functions
- Coordinating training programs within the company including onboarding, positional training, and advanced training
- Overseeing the development and maintenance of organizational processes and procedures. This includes management of all business processes and periodic in-depth analysis
- Working closely with senior management and will manage daily operations by overseeing several departments
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business operations, including planning and executing strategies related to sales, marketing, customer service, human resources, finance, etc. improving efficiency and productivity
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of business operations, management and leadership with financial oversight and P&L. Skilled in financial analysis, forecasting, project management and process improvement.
- The ability to develop and motivate teams, build relationships and communicate effectively.
