Notified is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our International Sales Ops Team! We’re looking for someone with excellent Excel and Salesforce/Tableau skills. If you’re a team player with experience supporting a complex sales organization, with strong analytical skills, we encourage you to apply!
As a Sales Operations Analyst you will be responsible and accountable for analyzing and optimizing sales activities and metrics to identify areas for improved efficiencies and accelerated growth. You will assist in the development and maintenance of key sales tools used to track forecasting, pipeline management, sales team performance, key metrics, and CRM management.
Your task will include (but not limited to):
- Acting as a Business Partner to Global Sales Leadership
- Day-to-day support of () & EMEA/APAC sales teams
- Assign Leads, Accounts and Opportunities promptly and correctly
- Assist with Salesforce queries to ensure Opportunities progress swiftly
- Create reports and dashboards on Salesforce & Tableau for reps and managers
- On-board, train and support Reps on Salesforce processes
- Work with IT Dev Team to improve efficiency and effectiveness of Salesforce.com
- Work with Business Intelligence (BI Team) to improve Tableau reporting
- Support new corporate acquisitions and Salesforce integrations
- Support ad hoc requests from Executives
- Support Marketing and Service Teams with inquiries on Accounts, Opportunities and Activities
- Track Sales Performance against KPIs
- Administer Sales Technology (example: Salesforce, Tableau, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, etc.)
What you’ll bring…
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree with major course work in business administration, finance, or MIS or relevant
- Minimum 3 years increasingly responsible sales operations analysis or business intelligence
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with CRM and/or BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau)
- Previous sales experience & understanding of the sales process would be a plus
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrable analytical skills and ability to solve problems quickly
- Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
