Position Summary
Our client is looking for their first Revenue Operations Manager to support our rapidly-growing sales team. They are a technology platform that lets companies utilize & scale organic marketing campaigns driven by content creators, the current fastest-growing segment of marketing technology (i.e. virality, influencers, and word of mouth). We're currently focused on the gaming industry (one of the early adopters of influencers), and expanding into related verticals.
You'll be responsible for assisting sales leadership in analyzing our sales data, and the entire sales team in driving operational excellence.
What You Will Be Doing
- Manage, analyze, and present sales data and models, to help the sales team understand and improve across the entire pipeline
- Manage and maintain data integrity in all our client data and related processes
- Identify and implement sales process improvements
- Manage and maintain sales process adherence
- Manage the entire sales team tech stack, including CRM, outreach, and analytics tools
- Partner with the sales team to create sales collateral and client-facing material, such as case studies and slide decks.
- Create and maintain Sales team policies, procedures, onboarding material, training manuals, and other sales-related resources
- Partner with VP of Sales to develop the onboarding and training process for new Account Executives and Business Development Representatives
What You Will Need
- 3+ years of experience, 2+ in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar operations/analytics roles
- Proficiency with sales tools like Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, or others
- Proficiency with Hubspot and/or Salesforce, especially presenting data and dashboards
- Proficiency with Google Suite, PDFs and Microsoft Office
- Track record of adapting tools and data in new ways to better understand or solve a problem
- Track record of building or improving processes for the team, to make business objectives easier to achieve
- Strong interest in analytics, operations and problem-solving
- Strong drive to innovate and optimize the use of limited resources
- Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
