We are looking for a
Revenue Operations Manager (Remote) responsible for specific duties listed below.
Your Specific Duties Will Include
- Manage, analyze, and present sales data and models, to help the sales team understand and improve across the entire pipeline
- Manage and maintain data integrity in all our client data and related processes
- Manage the entire sales team tech stack, including CRM, outreach, and analytics tools
- Partner with the sales team to create sales collateral and client-facing material, such as case studies and slide decks.
- Create and maintain Sales team policies, procedures, onboarding material, training manuals, and other sales-related resources
- Partner with VP of Sales to develop the onboarding and training process for new Account Executives and Business Development Representatives
Specific qualifications for the position include:
- 3+ years of experience, 2+ in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar operations/analytics roles
- Proficiency with sales tools like Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, or others
- Proficiency with Hubspot and/or Salesforce, especially presenting data and dashboards
- Proficiency with Google Suite, PDFs and Microsoft Office
