SafeLease enables commercial real estate owners to maximize the value of their assets. We're expanding on the early success of our tenant insurance product by developing new services that increase property revenue and automate operations.
The Role
We are looking for our first dedicated Revenue Operations Manager to support the sales and customer success teams. The revenue function will grow quickly in 2023 making this role a key player in ensuring our sales processes and teams are operating optimally. This roles reports to the CRO.

Develop and implement processes, systems, and productivity metrics to ensure revenue teams are hitting their performance targets

Assist with pipeline forecasting and sales cycle management

Implement ideas from the sales team and leadership to drive efficiencies into our existing sales process

Maintain and optimize SFDC including updates, enhancements, building reports, managing dashboards, and workflows

Become a champion for the data that lives within our CRM — ensuring that our sales team is entering information correctly, updating as needed, and that our handoff to customer success (CS) is accurate

Work closely with SFDC developers for large scale enhancements

Incentive plan creation, management, and reporting

Account planning, territory management

Plan and enhance onboarding for new sales hires and work with hiring managers to implement
- Sales and CS tech stack management: SFDC, Gong, Troops, Outreach, Reonomy, etc.
- Coordinate internal training sessions and events

Create a plan to enhance renewal and upsell opportunities

Assist with client communications, updating sales pitch decks, and other special projects

Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to achieve success

2+ years in a dedicated sales/revenue operations role at a high growth company

Successful track record of working in and maintaining Salesforce CRM

Experience presenting data to leadership team including being able to translate complex information and trends into actionable insights

Financial skills and business acumen to understand sales profitability and opportunities

Strong knowledge of tools in the revenue stack: CRM (Salesforce), Sales Engagement Platform, Lead/Contact Enrichment tools, Sales Enablement, Marketing Automation Platforms (HubSpot a plus)

Ability to coordinate across teams and disciplines to drive process improvements and automation

Self-starter who is able to tackle work in an unstructured environment, comfortable with ambiguity
