Our client is a truly purpose-driven company operating in the e-health business. We are looking for a visionary and strategic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead and drive revenue growth in a holistic and sustainable way. The ideal candidate will not be focused on hitting sales targets, but instead, think creatively and strategically to identify new paths to revenue and build the necessary infrastructure to support them.
- Develop and implement a holistic revenue strategy that takes into account all potential paths to revenue, including sales, partnerships, and new business opportunities.
- Think creatively and strategically to identify new paths to revenue and continuously evaluate their potential impact.
- Build the necessary infrastructure to support new revenue streams: sales, partnerships and marketing teams, tooling and processes.
- Lead and mentor the marketing and sales teams and work closely with other departments to ensure that all revenue efforts are aligned with company goals and values.
- Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and proactively adjust the revenue strategy as necessary.
- Communicate regularly with the CEO and the Executive Team to provide updates on revenue performance and plans.
- 10+ years of experience in leading revenue-generating activities: indirect sales, partnership management, brand marketing etc.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a holistic and sustainable way.
- Demonstrable experience with scaling a technology-driven start- or scale-up and navigating the intensive growth phase.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic and visionary thinking.
