Position Overview
The Sales Operations Service Associate is responsible for working on orders that our highly valued clients have placed. SOSA will partner with specific sales team members and will be responsible for reviewing and troubleshooting orders to ship timely and exceed customer expectations is a strategic and supportive partner for customers at every stage of the order process. They're focused on building loyalty to ensure long-term client retention by presenting product information, addressing customer issues and helping the sales team provide exception customer experience from entry to final shipment
Job Responsibilities
- Complete the “end to end” Operations and Sales training with a passing score
- Focus on retaining business from large corporations identified by sales needed to help retain clients and support new business opportunities.
- Provide agreed upon status updates to the corresponding Account Manager regarding open orders and any outstanding issues/resolutions being provided to clients
- Improve the customer experience when needed with additional product support
- Handle customer concerns and requests to help support the sale provide solutions to any potential problem.
- Be a motivated self -starter
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Other support duties as deemed necessary by sales team partner.

Desired Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years’ College Education
- 2+ years’ experience working in an Office/Sales/Customer Service Environment
- Great computer skills
- Ability to type 30 wpm
- Must be detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Must be able to work effectively in a fast paced environment
- Background in a selling environment preferred
- Outstanding work ethic
- Strong adherence to shift schedule and attendance policy
- MUST have a kind "client comes first" attitude and caring personality
- Ability to de-escalate
Compensation
Salary and Bonus are commensurate with experience. Benefits include health insurance and 401(k).
