As our Sales Operations Manager you will report to the Head of Business Operations on the Finance Team. You'll support Sales Planning & Operations strategy including pricing, revenue forecasting, goal setting, productivity, and GTM strategy as we continue scaling.
You'll partner closely with our stakeholders in sales, marketing, ops, product, finance, and more to help troubleshoot systems issues, review insights from our analyses, and build future-state processes and systems
Implement improvements in our systems and operations workflows and processes that can help improve efficiency and visibility - this might be in Salesforce.com or other tools.
Guide retention and growth among our customers by understanding their needs and helping them succeed
Lead the intake, prioritization, and communication process for systems related enhancement requests
Improve upon the operating model to support growth strategies .
Since we're still in startup mode, you'll get into the weeds to lead direct impact daily. We knock out today's problems while also balancing our need to build for the long-term.
4+ years of B2B SaaS Experience, ideally in HealthTech.
You nerd out about data, can structure analyses to answer key business questions to drive decision-making, and will also have perspectives on building the right data architecture. You can look at complex problems and solve them start to finish.
You enjoy leading projects across teams and generating agreement among senior leadership.
Experience working in ad inventory management systems and CRM platforms; Salesforce required
Communication and partner management: you'll can connect with sales reps and product managers to figure out how we build the right processes and workflows to lead efficiency while also giving us the data to measure how we're doing.
What You Will Love About Us!
Health Gorilla takes a market-based approach to pay, and the base salary range for this role is $88,000 to $121,000, based on experience and geography. Please note that ranges may be modified at any time, and there is no guarantee offers will be at the top of a posted range.
