Overview:
Sales Operations Specialist is a non-exempt role and will serve as a member of the Sales department. The position’s primary responsibility is to work with the sales team to make sure they are getting proper support on all daily tasks, analytical responsibilities, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Review client accounts and support the Sales Team by assisting with underwriting questions and lead assignment

Ensuring sales agents follow proper protocol with lead management

Assist in workforce management by monitoring sales coverage and maintaining an accurate sales monthly schedule

Review and process contracts for the Sales Team

Manage calendars, scheduling appointments, and meetings

Track sales agent’s milestones

Coordinate solutions with other departments

Assigned new projects by department head, including administering the creative component of the department such as newsletters and PowerPoints
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
-
1+ years related experience in an administrative role in a corporate environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Basic Excel skills (We train)

Must be able to work weekends and late shifts (remotely)

The employee is expected to be punctual and ready to report to work on a consistent basis

Compensation Information: Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $45.7K - $57K.
