Your role as
Sales Operations Manager EMEA is supporting both the EMEA Head of Sales and Accounts, the EMEA Sales Management team and the individual local Head of Sales functions in the countries to maintain, track, report and challenge the running “Sales Engine” (sales process, tools, methods programs and mindset) in EMEA. Improvements, optimizations and set up of new actions to improve the “Sales Engine” is also part of the responsibility, as well as participation in change management initiatives to support this.
- You are setting up KPIs and relevant Dashboards in our systems (e.g. Salesforce and Power BI)
- Especially you are driving Sales Operations programs
- You are able to effectively analyse large amounts of data in order to identify specific patterns which build the foundation/driver of the ultimate solution developed
- Establish a close network with the main stakeholders, including frequent calls and visits at other functions
- Maintain a close network with other internal departments (e.g. Project Realization, Software and Customer Support)
- Establish, manage and motivate effective cross functional Sales Operations project teams
- Prepare and hold training sessions on programs, processes, tools and methods, using Power Point and other supporting tools

- Business administration or technical degree or equal degree of work experience
- Several years experience in sales of capital goods in to the logistics industry with a relevant track record
- Knowledge of Intralogistics
- Good basic technical understanding of software
- High independence, winning appearance and persistence
- Experienced IT user (MS Office, CRM & ERP systems)
- Fluent English language and good spoken and written German language skills
