Sales Operations Integration Manager - Dynamic Yield
Overview
The Data & Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include payments-focused consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, Dynamic Yield personalization, business Test & Learn experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services. Main client verticals include Retail & Commerce, Financial Institutions, and Government.
Role
The Sales Operations Integration Manager will lead strategic and tactical projects to migrate Dynamic Yield’s sales, customer success and revenue operations technology stack to Mastercard systems, and contribute to ongoing sales and revenue operations needs for the Dynamic Yield business. The ideal candidate is an experienced Salesforce administrator with prior experience managing a sales operations function and supporting technology. The position demands excellence in project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Map sales and revenue business processes from marketing to billing (and everything in between), what occurs, why, who, and the tools involved
- Analysis vs. Mastercard process / tool stack to determine what the migration needs to look like, key dependencies, which tools to on-board, and how the RACI might change for specific processes
- Detailed planning for SFDC migration, including data mapping, field mapping and writing relevant ALM user stories
- Lead planning / execution of the migration, new technology onboarding, training, enablement, communications in collaboration with D&S Insights &E, Mastercard Technology, and other cross-functional partners
- Responsible for sales pipeline reporting to D&S supporting “manual” integration with existing business/finance reporting in Tableau
- Perform certain operational support tasks related to DY system records that drive sales, billing and revenue recognition and plan automation roadmap where possible
- Support investigation and resolution of DY issues, concerns, and general requests for sales tech stack
- Conduct periodic Quality Control checks and Data Audits
- Perform other operational tasks as required to support DY sales, customer success and revenue operations functions
All About You
- BS/BA degree or combination of experience and formal education
- Experience with Sales Operations and seller enablement
- Demonstrates ability to lead projects related to CRM, ERP and other sales enablement operational systems (Oracle, Salesforce.com, Financial Force PSA, Outreach, Seismic, etc.)
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of customer service standards, processes and tools
- Experience leading/contributing to the delivery of accurate and timely resolutions to inquires
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Keen analytical and proven problem solving skills
- Proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated track-record of project leadership in a cross-functional / matrixed environment
- Detailed driven and results oriented
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

NYC Salary Range: $120,000 - $186,000
