Your SB Journey
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support with order entry in BC, BSO and manual uploads
- Support with order maintenance – change memos, price changes, cancellations, date changes, styles code changes – for BC customers
- Support with allocation and dropping picks – for BC customers
- Support with oversold, past cancels and transfer orders
- Pull reports to support the Sales Ops and Sales team – wholesale management, shipping, inbound, short shipped, backlog – across both systems
- Support with pre-market set up in BC - wholesale pricing, update selling season
- Support during market period and the Sales team as needed
- Obtaining PODs from logistics/carriers to support chargeback disputes for BC customers
- Support with any shipping issues including but not limited to rush special orders, extension/pull-up requests, and portal errors.
- Tracking picked and shipped orders for BC customers
- Support Sales Ops, Sales & Planning teams with answering inquiries regarding the status of orders and styles, order shipments, cancellations etc
- Proactively ensure sales teams have information and tools to ensure the success of our accounts
Must Haves
- A high level of organisation with the ability to multi-task and see activities through to completion to a high standard
- A strong team player, capable of working with others to get the job done and willing to step outside core role to help the broader team
- Advanced excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience within wholesale is desirable
