Your Mission
As CRO, you will set Drake’s global revenue agenda, align teams around a single commercial strategy, and create repeatable growth systems that scale worldwide. You’ll drive the full revenue lifecycle—from go-to-market strategy and pricing to customer experience and enterprise partnerships. You will:
- Build and execute a global revenue strategy aligned to long-term growth.
- Lead commercialization, competitive positioning, and global go-to-market excellence.
- Develop repeatable playbooks to launch and scale new offerings.
- Champion digital-first revenue operations, integrating CRM, AI insights, forecasting, and analytics.
- Create a unified revenue operating model and lead a cross-functional Growth Council.
- Drive expansion across regions and channels, strengthening partnerships and major enterprise deals.
- Elevate customer experience, retention, and long-term value through a consistent global model.
- Coach, inspire, and develop high-performing revenue teams across the world.
- Deliver annual revenue, margin, forecasting, and diversification targets with discipline and clarity
Who You Are
A visionary commercial executive who thrives in complexity, unites global teams, and turns strategy into impact. You bring:
- 15+ years in revenue leadership, including 5+ years as CRO or equivalent.
- Success scaling global B2B revenue across services, SaaS, or tech-enabled models.
- Mastery of GTM strategy, sales methodologies, and financial performance management.
- Digital fluency—CRM, analytics, forecasting, AI-driven tools.
- Exceptional communication, presence, and change leadership
