Role Description
This is a full-time in person or remote position for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will lead financial strategy, oversee financial planning, and manage financial reporting for P3 Equities. Key responsibilities include analyzing financial data, managing budgets, creating detailed financial reports, ensuring compliance, and providing insights to support decision-making. Collaborating with leadership, the CFO will play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s mission and objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Financial Reporting, and Financial Statements
- Proficiency in Finance and Analytical Skills, with a focus on strategic decision-making
- Experience in managing budgets and assessing investment opportunities
- Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to stakeholders
- Prior experience in real estate or community-focused investments is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment
