SNI Financial has been engaged by a leading Private Equity roll-up platform seeking a hands-on, execution-driven CFO to join senior leadership as a result of rapid growth - owning all financial operations, driving M&A integration discipline, and building scalable infrastructure across a rapidly growing multi-entity portfolio. This role offers significant influence, autonomy, and long-term value creation for executives with deep PE-backed, multi-acquisition experience.
This comes with a generous base salary + bonus + equity in the business.

Chief Financial Officer – Remote
- 15+ years progressive finance leadership, ideally in PE-backed environments
- Proven roll-up experience managing 5+ entities and scaling from ~$50M to $200M+
- At least 15+ post-close integrations into a master ERP (non-negotiable)
- Strong construction, HVAC, or project-based accounting experience
- Early-stage company experience; ability to build processes, controls, and reporting from scratch
- Experience leading audits across multiple subsidiaries
- Strong stakeholder management: founders, acquired leadership teams, lenders, and PE partners
- CPA preferred
