Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Operations Manager with a proven track record in healthcare sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating Statements of Work (SOWs), participating in Request for Proposals (RFPs), building proposals, and managing and reporting on sales operation Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities and Duties
Manage the sales operations process, including creating SOWs, participating in RFPs, building proposals, and managing and reporting on sales operation KPIs.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and market share targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze market intelligence to identify new sales opportunities.
Manage and mentor sales team members to ensure they are performing at their best and achieving their goals.
Continuously improve the sales process to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Stay current with new technologies and industry trends to suggest and implement improvements to the current system.
Monitor and report on sales operation KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Operations Manager with a focus on healthcare sales.
Strong understanding of healthcare industry and business operations.
Experience with creating SOWs, participating in RFPs, building proposals, and managing and reporting on sales operation KPIs.
Strong understanding of sales strategies and ability to apply them to real-world scenarios.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Proven ability to stay current with new technologies and industry trends
