As the Director of Sales Operations for US Group Health (USGH), you will work alongside the Senior Vice President of Sales Operations & Performance (USGH) and act as strategic advisor for one of the largest businesses within Teladoc Health. Your responsibilities will include identifying, monitoring, and leading cross market and cross functional organizational strategies which drive USGH growth and business effectiveness.
The ideal candidate is an accomplished business leader with a rare ability to blend technical and creative disciplines. They are highly skilled in analyzing large datasets, deriving business conclusions, and illustrating findings in a visual format that effectively conveys insights with context. They will lead business processes and will be looked upon to support the organization by creatively and enthusiastically managing multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have competencies in financial analysis and modeling, communications and organizational effectiveness, strategic thinking, and content creation by way of deep understanding of the business performance and growth expectations. Responsibilities
- Manages the development of complex, strategic data analysis through integration of data from a variety of internal and external information sources.
- Develop key performance metrics and dashboards that help sales and marketing management focus on performance drivers.
- Responsible for collection and analysis of sales tools and deliverables associated with this data, but not limited to: reports, presentations, dashboards, and infographics.
- Creation of reports and analysis of sales performance and metrics for executive management, and others as required.
- Proven ability to problem-solve, anticipate issues/concerns, troubleshoot problems, and proactively institute creative solutions
- Strong management and leadership skills, with the ability to enthusiastically engage and motivate others.
- Proactively identify gaps and play the hub for USGH enabling quicker more efficient decision making
- Own the roll up OPEX budget- tracking from each market including headcount and liaison monthly with HR and Finance
- Act as a sounding board to senior leadership on matters of strategy, team efficiency, and operations
Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of experience in quantitative analysis in strategic/marketing/sales planning or similar experience. MBA preferred.
- Health care experience
- Sales operations experience is required
- Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access), and SQL or other database tools for research and analysis.
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce
- Proven aptitude for building systematic solutions to multidisciplinary business problems
- Proven quantitative skills, experience building reports and analyzing data to drive business decisions that results in increased interest, response, relationships, and revenue
- Attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset
- Experience working in software technology, and a thorough understanding of marketing, finance and sales cycles
- Outstanding facilitation, collaboration, and influencing skills
- Effective interpersonal skills and strong executive presentation development and delivery skills
The base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $150,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for commission, RSU’s, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: 2023 Benefits Summary . Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
