We are advising a rapidly expanding, multi-jurisdictional professional services organisation seeking a Group CFO to lead the next phase of its financial evolution.
The Mandate
The incoming CFO will act as a key strategic partner to the global leadership team, responsible for designing and implementing a robust financial framework capable of supporting continued high growth. This includes elevating financial insight, strengthening governance and leading the continuing improvement in financial systems and reporting sophistication to “best-in-class” standards.
This is a pivotal, hands-on role in a complex, multi-jurisdictional environment. You will oversee a distributed finance team and work closely with senior leadership across regions.

- Group financial strategy and performance management
- Transformation of financial operations, systems and controls
- Global reporting across multiple regulatory environments
- Oversight of tax, treasury and capital management
- Stakeholder engagement with auditors, advisors and investors
- Leadership, development and optimisation of a globally dispersed finance function
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior financial leader within global financial or professional services
- Strong grounding in corporate finance, analytics and data-driven insight
- Proven track record of financial transformation and operational improvement
- Highly IT-literate, with the ability to leverage systems and automation tools
- Board-level gravitas, excellent communication, influencing and leadership skills
- Professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
