The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the enterprise & inside sales teams and collaborates closely with cross functional partners such as Legal, Pricing, Finance, Risk, Underwriting, Analytics & Sales Compensation. The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for driving sales productivity & effectiveness initiatives as well as working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure prioritized objectives and strategies are executed and enabled within the sales organization. This role is a member of EU & AU Sales Operations organization.

In your day-to-day role you will
- Serve as a business partner to the sales organization and supporting functions
- Collaborate cross-functionally across all areas of the business to help accelerate deals
- Serve as an escalation point across stakeholders to identify friction points within sales processes and help move deals forward
- Manage processes and tools, particularly in SFDC to ensure efficient and scalable solutions.
- Increase sales productivity by optimizing and simplifying sales processes
- Identify and present process improvements to eliminate in-efficiencies in our processes and reduce sales cycle times
- Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales pipeline & operational metrics and deliver regular insights into the business performance
- Conduct weekly forecast and pipeline meetings with sales leaders and sales reps to determine how sales opportunities are progressing through the pipeline and track against target. Identify and resolve any blockers that prevent deals from going live
- Monitor and manage the health of the sales pipeline and ensure data cleanliness
- Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline velocity, win/loss rates, and quota attainment
- Support the sales organization with best in class sales tools, training materials, and other relevant assets to guide/support selling motions
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to support, optimize, manage sales incentive programs.
- Champion usage of sales tools like SFDC, Einstein Analytics, Tableau
- Collaborate with the wider global Sales Operations & other CoE teams to align on globally best in class practices and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Create and maintain standard documentation and improve governance
- Reduce friction between Sales & Cross Functional teams to reduce cycle times
What Do You Need To Bring
- Related experience in a Sales Operations or equivalent role
- Commercial mindset with clear understanding of business prioritisations and goals. The ability to lead conversations across sales processes and products.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a complex organization
- Requires an excellent understanding of standard business practices related to Sales Operations processes and systems (SFDC, Pipeline & Forecast Management, Process Excellence)
- Confident self-starter with a keen attention for detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build credible relationships across multiple functions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to talk and present confidently in front of senior internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to execute effectively
- Proficient in Excel & Power Point presentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects under time pressure
- Experience in Fintech, Ecommerce & Payments is a plus!
