We are seeking a highly experienced Fractional CRO with a proven track record in the B2B SaaS space, specifically in the gig work industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the sales and revenue generation processes and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the company's revenue strategy
- Drive the sales and revenue generation process, including the creation of sales processes, sales enablement and sales performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create and execute go-to-market strategies
- Work with the executive team to set and achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth
- Manage a team of sales and revenue generation professionals
- Provide regular reports on revenue performance and insights to the executive team
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales and revenue generation, with a focus on the gig work industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding targets
- Deep understanding of sales and revenue generation processes and metrics
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
