Overview:
The primary purpose of this position is to support the sales organization in all stages of the sales cycle ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our sales orders, payments and fulfillments. The ideal candidate must be able to reinforce sales processes diplomatically, but also be able to provide recommendations for improvements and be adaptable when change is needed.

What You'll Do:
- Ensure accurate and timely transaction processing

Collaborate cross functionally with other divisions such as Finance, Legal, Purchasing, and Risk Management

Serve as liaison between members and other divisions such as Finance, Legal, Purchasing, Risk Management and CIS Legal Counsel for Membership Agreements, Purchase Orders, Vendor Forms and open Accounts Receivable

Work with Finance to ensure all invoices are paid on time

Maintain accurate records in the Customer Relations Management (CRM) System

Collaborate with fellow team members when necessary for payment collection

Assist with revenue tracking and ad hoc reporting

Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field*
-
3+ years’ of demonstrated customer service experience

Demonstrated knowledge of billing and contract procedures

Demonstrated experience using a CRM system (Salesforce preferred)

Strong attention to detail, goal oriented

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Proven ability to problem-solve to overcome obstacles and achieve results
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

Must be authorized to work in the United States

Experience using and administering DocuSign
- Additional years of relevant experience or a combination of an Associate’s degree or equivalent and relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree.
