About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join our team. The CRO will be responsible for overseeing park openings and driving profitable growth for the business. The sales and marketing function will ultimately roll up to the CRO. As the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of Flip Out Europe, you would be joining the company at an exciting time as we rapidly expanding our operation with a number of new locations in the pipeline.

Location: UK based with monthly international travel
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness.
Oversee the sales and marketing teams and ensure they are effectively executing the company's sales and marketing initiatives.
Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
Manage the budget and resources of the sales and marketing teams to ensure they are aligned with the company's goals.
Develop and maintain key relationships with partners, franchisees, and suppliers to drive revenue and ensure the smooth operation of the parks.
Work with the operations team to ensure that the parks are running smoothly and efficiently, and that they are delivering the best possible customer experience.
Monitor and analyse the performance of the parks and make recommendations for improvements to maximize revenue and profitability.
Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop and implement the company's overall strategy and ensure that it is aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Strong leadership skills, with experience managing sales and marketing teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify new opportunities for growth.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain key relationships with partners and franchisees.
Experience in the family entertainment or related industry is highly preferred.
Ability to travel as required.
