Job Description
- Lead the global revenue function of the company & pave the way for higher growth of the organization in the future
- Lead, mentor, & hire a team of sales and account management for the pan India region
- Scale our product offerings with an emphasis on revenue growth, operational efficiency, and speed of execution
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy that ensures the company exceeds its revenue and profitability goals
- Work closely with founders to align strategy with sales growth
The Successful Applicant
- Brings on board 15+ years of sales experience in the professional services/IT Services/HRTech industry
- Should have experience in managing large Pan India sales teams
- Ability to utilise, manage, and coach consultative selling skills, pipeline management, and processes
- Experience in working directly with the C-level & senior leadership
