Position Overview
We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our team! As an early member of the function, you will play a key role in the build, maintenance, and scaling of our go-to-market processes. You will lead the charge in designing a best-in-class tool stack where users are happy and the right data is captured, made intelligible, and utilized - ultimately empowering the executive team to make data-driven decisions.
What You’ll Do
Identify, develop, and deploy new business processes that improve efficiency and productivity for the teams using Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, and more
Define and measure KPIs, create forecasts, and build dashboards for all teams to easily understand the health of the business, and identify opportunities and create strategies to help them hit their goals
Lead process changes around new tools as well as making sure we’re optimizing the tools we currently use
Understand and orchestrate the intake and output of Salesforce data, along with our internal systems that are integrated to Salesforce
Maintain the highest standard of data hygiene
Work cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver on their Salesforce needs, both from a leadership and individual contributor perspective
Project manage incoming requests and communicate change effectively
What You’ll Need
3+ years of hands-on experience in a high-velocity startup environment where you helped drive decisions through the use of accurate data and repeatable processes
Creative critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
A track record of excellent project management in a fast-paced environment
Strong documentation and verbal/written communication skills
Desire to collaborate cross-functionally on a mix of proactive projects and reactive support across departments
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach
Bonus: Experience utilizing Customer Success platforms

Salary information: The estimated base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $140,000 USD. Additionally, we offer a competitive equity package and comprehensive benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience and location.
