OASE is the world’s largest manufacturer of water garden products and in recent years have established ourselves as a major player in the global aquariu market. As well as investing in our product portfolio a key part of our growth strategy is global expansion. Currently we have 18 sales subsidiaries, 7 own manufacturing sites, employ about 950 people and have sales in more than 100 countries.

Your future tasks will include
· Processes – reviewing our existing sales operations processes and implementing new ones where required. · SAP – key user - assisting team leaders in each subsidiary to resolve daily problems. · Training – responsible to ensure all our subsidiaries are handling sales operations in a consistent way. · Monitoring a defined set of KPI’s to ensure we are proactively dealing with issues which arise. · Key user for our BI and CRM systems. · Working with other department heads in the HQ to improve efficiency and manage the daily workflow. · Working closely with IT to improve our SAP system, fix daily issues and ensure our IT infrastructure meets the needs of the business. · Manage a small team and reporting to the Vice President Sales (Consumer Business). · Working closely with all of our 18 global subsidiaries and our internal departments at German HQ
Vour skills
· Educated to degree level in Business Sciences, Business Administration or a comparable qualification. · At least 5 years experience in an international sales office management role. · Track record of successfully implementing new sales operations processes in a global company. · Good knowledge in the application of SAP R/3. · Experienced handling of Microsoft Excel. · Very good spoken and written English and preferably German. · Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and a highly motivated as well as team-oriented personality, who likes to work under their own initiative and enjoy working with different cultures and people
