Who You Are:
Doxy.me is looking for a seasoned operations professional to stand up its growth operations function. You have an understanding of what it takes to make sales and customer success teams effective when it comes to data and workflows. You’re able to lead without explicit authority and know how to roll up your sleeves and see a project through to completion. You are data driven and technologically savvy. You will work closely with leaders in our growth department to drive standardization across their processes and help their teams understand the data we have on providers and health systems. This is a high impact role that will be integral to the success of the growth team while working closely with operations.
Your Skills:
- 3-4 years of HubSpot or Salesforce experience required, including leading an implementation
- Comfortable working autonomously in a deadline driven environment
- Understanding of CRM and Database Software, HubSpot and Snowflake preferred
- Analytics and Reporting Experience, Tableau a plus
- Experience with Financial Systems, such as Stripe
- Reporting and presentation skills
- Pipeline Management
- Project Management
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or other STEM related field, MBA nice to have
- Previous experience partnering with Sales or Growth leadership in an operational role
- 5+ years related work experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Go-to-Market or Strategy & Ops functions, ideally in the software industry
- Strong strategy, planning, organizational and multitasking skills
- A problem solver with the ability to identify solutions to complex business issues
- Must be self-managed, responsive and able to work in a virtual team environment
Job Duties:
- Will be responsible for setting up, managing and working with the Hubspot Sales Hub
- Manage CRM data
- Monitor pipeline
- Build automations in HubSpot or other tooling
- Solidify and optimize the sales process, documenting SOPs and training team members
- Create training materials and processes for proper CRM use
- Enforce a pipeline and clean data collection
- Set and maintain usage standards for CRM
- Create 1:1 experiences for many users
- Maintain process documentation
- Provide timely analytics and business insights to drive successful performance against established business metrics
- Work with the BI team to get data in the right places
- Create useful dashboards and reporting
- Perform sales forecasting
- Work with growth and senior company leadership to develop organizational goals
- Help to plan quarterly objectives
- Lead the selection, implementation, and management of sales automation tools
