Acrisure is seeking a HubSpot expert to become our Revenue Operations Manager to align with company growth goals. This role will act as an administrator of our HubSpot CRM platform, as well as our gamification platform, and ensure we are optimizing our utilization strategy, maintaining data authenticity, and user training & coaching. Our Rev Ops Manager will understand how to create and interpret the field values to maximize reporting capabilities. This role proactively analyzes results and works with the Rev Ops EVP to make recommendations that will positively drive overall customer acquisition.
Responsibilities and Duties:
The following duties are not meant to serve as an exhaustive list of those to be performed, however are the bulk of what the position will entail:

Serve as the HubSpot expert/point person in managing the company’s database, providing day-to-day support for CRM users

Daily administration of the CRM to support the development and success of the Growth Team and Revenue Operations strategies through understanding priorities and executing operational plans to increase cross-functionality in the sales and management of all company products and services

Ensure data cleanliness and completeness across the CRM

Create reports to measure results and recommend appropriate strategies to improve performance

Manage gamification platform and ensure its synchronization with agency data, including manual uploads from agencies and/or producers operating outside the HubSpot CRM

Coordinate HubSpot & SalesScreen user training with vendors, coach at Acrisure conferences including Accelerate23

Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge of trends, technologies and best practices

Assist in creation of long-term strategic goals for high data quality and appropriate data use

Report needed KPIs and metrics to all departments as requested

Support the Commercial team’s use of HubSpot, including assisting with list generation/cleanup as needed and helping Marketing and Inside Sales automate processes related to campaigns

Build and manage dashboards, reports, layouts, process automation, and other configurable parts of the interface for end-users, and other capabilities including:

Custom report type creation, profiles, permission sets and rules

Participate in system implementation projects including but not limited to: requirements, documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution

Maintain updated system documentation and HubSpot policies/procedures
Skills/Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in CRM management with a minimum of 3 years working directly with HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hub, with a focus on sales enablement

HubSpot Certification (required)

Proficient in using HubSpot smart lists and marketing automation technology

Strong project management skills, detailed, extremely accurate, analytical, well organized, and excellent communicator

Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email optimization

Knowledge of insurance industry (preferred)

Excellent writer and communicator (in both written and verbal form) and creative thinker with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform

Proven track record in exceptional follow-up and customer service

Prioritize multiple projects to ensure deadlines are met

Demonstrate initiative and use independent judgment within established guidelines and procedures
