As a Head of Sales Operations, you will support the Chief Revenue Officer in driving sales growth strategies. You will develop and optimize go-to-market strategy, processes, systems and infrastructure that boost Sales productivity and efficiency, enabling Dalet to accelerate revenue growth. You will be the go-to trusted advisor for our sales leadership by partnering closely with all departments to remove roadblocks and continually deliver efficiencies for the sales team.
What you'll be doing
- Utilizing relevant data to align sales teams and products and drive the best results against the competitive landscape.

Understanding current sales processes, optimizing, and streamlining them for more efficiencies.

Ensuring the sales team has all necessary materials and resources to maximize their success.

Driving Sales productivity through developing and optimizing processes and systems.

Driving annual planning process, including business modeling, territory planning, compensation design, in close partnership with Finance and other cross-functional leadership.

Working with relevant departments to expand the sales footprint to efficiently grow sales as per the business plan.

Delivering business metrics, reporting and analytics, including pipeline, bookings, lead funnel & churn analysis.

Supporting management in making fact-based decisions across all areas of the business.
What you'll need to be successful
- 10 years+ experience in a sales operations department of a business in a fast-paced and highly competitive environment

Proven experience leading a cross-functional team to the achievement of sales objectives and targets

Strong business acumen and proven planning skills and executive presence

Exceptional analytical skills, ability to analyze complex information and data, translating these findings into actionable deliverables, strategies, targets, messages, and presentations

Stellar communication skills, as a listener, speaker, writer, and presenter.

Proficiency in Microsoft office and Tableau

Master's degree in Sales, Marketing or any other business related field.
