As Sales Operations Specialist, you will be a key player in supporting the business development managers and a vital part of the sales team, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness of systems and processes.

What will you be doing?
- Work closely with Business Development Manager to ensure smooth and efficient processing of deals
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and processes
- Identifying sales opportunities and pursuing them
- Following up with clients and team members to ensure the best level of customer service
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Keeping the sales CRM database up to date and ensuring high level accuracy
- Create and deliver reports promptly and precisely
- Identify and implement best practices to improve sales productivity and efficiency
The Ideal Candidate
- Ideally 1-2 years’ experience gained within the sales space
- Driven, eager for success with a desire to drive results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
